Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our school and providing exceptional support to both staff and parents. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining organized filing systems and managing office supplies.
  • Perform personal assistant duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word and or Google suite
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and professional communication.
  • Support bilingual communication efforts, if applicable, to assist a diverse clientele.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong front desk experience with a focus on customer support.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and tools.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and phone etiquette skills.

This Administrator position requires that the selected individual possess a skill set and certain key attributes in order to adequately fulfill the requirements of this job. Required Skillset Applicants must possess mid to high fluency working with MS Windows and Office, especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Director for our Montessori school. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring fidelity to Montessori principles, supporting staff and families, and maintaining licensing and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong administrative skills and a deep understanding of Montessori education.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Administration

  • Provide strategic leadership aligned with the Montessori philosophy and school mission.

  • Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and facilities management.

  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations (Texas Child Care Licensing Standards).

  • Collaborate with the school board/owner to set goals and assess school performance.

Educational Oversight

  • Support and mentor teaching staff to maintain high standards of Montessori instruction.

  • Ensure curriculum integrity and consistency across classrooms and age groups.

  • Facilitate ongoing professional development and training for staff.

Parent & Community Engagement

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing operational details.

Preferred:

  • Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited).

  • Director-level certification as required by Texas Minimum Standards.

  • Experience working in a culturally diverse community.
